Surveillance Secure Service Plans

Our monthly service plans are designed to eliminate security system downtime for you so that your property, assets and people are always protected.

• Firmware upgrades – When new firmware is released, we provide the upgrades to your equipment so that known bugs are corrected. This helps tighten up your security against cutting-edge criminals who would otherwise exploit the firmware issues.
• Health monitoring check – Cameras usually provide signs before they just stop working. Our checks are designed to catch problems before there is any downtime so that we can correct them ahead of time, replacing the camera if necessary.
• Free equipment replacement – There is no cost to the client if a camera goes down and needs to be replaced. We extended manufacturer equipment warranties as part of your monthly service contract.
• Fast repairs –If your cameras and access control systems are not working, we promise a response within 24 hours, whether we can remotely address and correct the issue or if a maintenance tech is needed on site.
